I don’t know if this photo is real. It came without context and the faces look as if they may have been uncharitably photoshopped. But if the photo is real, it’s naked protest of a sort:

This is actually a scene from a comedy by leon schuster (the guy on the left) he’s a popular south-african comedian appealing mostly to the afrikaans people of south africa

I am from South Africa, not Afrikaans though. That is indeed Leon Schuster and that is a parody on the homeless in our country. The short chubby guy with him is also an actor and together they have made quite a few films. A lot of his earlier work was in the vain of Candid Camera and Schucks pronounced shucks is his catch phrase. The man is very much a living legend in South Africa and certainly not only with the Afrikaans people.
