It’s obviously outside Buckingham Palace, London. Other than that I know nothing.

The guy is Bruce Freidriech from Vegan Outreach who claims he got an extra 20,000 hits a day on his website from stunts like this. More on his website including a whole packet of sweaty teenage naked vegans pretending to be ready ready for basting Sunday Roast.
