Naked Protesters & Nude Activists

I don’t understand everything I see at this link, where there are many more photos. But this particular photo, of a bare-breasted woman standing in front of a Church Of Scientology building, carrying a “Get A Real Phoney Religion!” sign, and concealing her face with a V For Vendetta mask, meets any reasonable definition of a naked protest:
